Hello!
i want some new tires for my 13 d-max, i was wondering if 265/75r16 will fit without scrubbing/rubbing. my d max is stock with no lift. Seen a lot of treads about this but just want to make sure :P
already bought some 16inch alloy wheels with +10 offset.

Thanks in advance! :)

+10 rims means you have moved each wheel/tyre centre at least 20mm further outwards. The two combined will make the track width increase at least 40mm or more and since 25mm total track increase is the legal allowable change you will be at least 15mm outside legal.
Expect steering issues and shorter bearing life. You will get far more road shock feedback through the steering rack too.

The tyre size fits but as above you may have some other issues.
That tyre size is what a lot run with.

That is after you paid the fine and either had the spare OE wheels transported to the check site for fitment, or had the vehicle flat towed home for the wheels. Isn't quite as simples as you think.
After the Police special treatment I think you will care a great deal more than before. If accident. Wide track non std wheels may mean no insurance or TAC cover too.
Police and accident assessors are not vision impaired.
