Tank looks good and nice to have the additional fuel on long trips and towing.
How did you go with the new clutch, fitted yet? Any difference in feel or operation?

I haven't looked at the clutch internals but I think they are a pull clutch, not a push type as is conventional.
Be interesting to see the setup and know what intricacies are part of the fitting.

No not at all Max’s ss it cost me $930 that’s trade price so I’m not sure how much they would be retail but I doubt there would be much in it, I’m not sure if it hangs and lower then the original tank but if it does it would be minimum, I’m actually really surprised how neat it sits in there.
mydmax the clutch is a normal push operation, I found heat marks in the pressure plate and the flywheel and plenty of meat left on the clutch plate, I replaced it with an exedy sports tuff heavy duty kit, the standard clutch is an exedy brand with an Isuzu logo stamped on it, very thing to my eye looked identical minus the pink paint and two less dowel holes, it feels identical as well so I will be happily surprised if it resolves my clutch slipping issue.

Also I removed the winch and moved my clutch handle around to the top for easier access, removed the Kings lights and put another set of lightforce HIDs on, and put a new bash plate on.

Must be handy being able to replace the clutch yourself !! If I pulled mine apart that would be the end of the ute. have to settle for paying for labour.

Thanks for the pics, very interesting.
Nice and pink pressure plate, very trendy!
Did you notice any additional thickness on the diaphram or is it same as the original.
Will be good to know if there is an increase in pedal force needed to open this one, ie maybe high clamping force.

Have fun in the high country, it is nice up there.

Fitted up a reverse camera yesterday, I was a fan of removing the standard rear view mirror and replacing it with a new assembly, for the price of it I was expecting a better video quality but it will do the job.

Hey mate, can you briefly run me through how you ran a switch into the cab? I wanna chuck the 20 inch light bar from the front under the tray in the same way :)
