Hi All,
Been lurking for a while and have finally started putting it together slowly,

Started with a white 5/16 SX, dual cab with a steel tray 1800x1800.

The under tray toolboxes fitted up and the mudguards moved as the front ones were hitting the tyres offroad, and a better bracket for the fuel filler.
Note 460mm overhang past the rear of the chassis.

Great stuff. I would have concerns of crushing the undertray tool boxes off road. I love the battery holder underslung. It looks very sturdy. Make sure the battery has no up and down or sideways movements when fitted. They are heavy and would act like a sledge hammer if not prevented from moving and could cause welds to crack or metal to fatigue. Love the redarc fittment.
I know what you mean about tray overhung past end of chassis too. I hope to get an SX but space cab with a 1950mm internat length alloy tray at this stage of planning. I know I will have tray overhand too. Not sure exactly how much though.

Another pic of the battery box, I'm going to put another piece of unistrut in the middle for extra strength.

Can you please show where you have mounted your redarc main box? We are trying to install and work out the best location and your set up looks great. :D

Fitted the Projecta fused terminal block, easy installation, cut original using tin snips leaving bolt hole file to fit and bolt up.
