I noticed you reused the standard hose too? I also found that the hose supplied with the HPD kit was the wrong size for the barbs on both the rocker cover and the intake.... and the spring clamps didnt 'squash' the hose enough to seal it properly.

Yes i agree with it being a bit ill fitting, and i am monitoring it closely, so far its holding well, any problems i will change the hose or just try some adjustable hose clamps. With the OEM hose it was easier to flip it, than mess about with that HPD one, and it fits like a glove. The can also isnt rubbing anywhere, like i have seen on some other installs, maybe they adjusted the bracket specs?

It will be going on an Ironman Deluxe Commercial bar in late November at this stage, then the Safari snorkel, then concentrate on the suspension and tyres......... i think???

fingers crossed the 13xp fits in the ironman bar - I didnt know of any that did which is why I had to go thr 11xp.

you'll notice the physical dimensions are ok, but its because the larger motor is off centre compared to the mounting holes

Here's the differece in specs
13XP
Drum Size 63mm x 217m
Mounting Bolt Pattern 254mm x 114.3mm
Overall Dimensions 602mm x 160mm x 200mm

11XP
Drum Size 63mm x 223m
Mounting Bolt Pattern 254mm x 114.3mm
Overall Dimensions 574mm x 160mm x 200mm

spoke to the guy who's fitting it and says, its alls good, if not it definitely fits the MCC Rocker bar, i have as a second choice.
