Ute is now tuned to suit intercooler and exhaust and goes great was well worth doing as has made a significant increase in power and yet has better than standard manners well worth while mod
sorry no dyno figures to back it up but boy does it go well

Have also fitted a 16" light bar as ive been stuck on night shift for past 3month and another month to go
and some rola roof racks for the kayak and what ever else

You dont need a dyno to tune a car
plus i dont drive on a dyno i drive on the street
dynos allow the tuner to keep their license and is a safer option for tuning as theres no traffic and they can concentrate on tuning
but tuning should be done on the street also for drivability

But if you really have to be technical ecuwest adjusted the ecu TUNE file settings to suit my mods which he has previously done to others on a dyno and on the street and reflashed it into mine
which is pretty much what the manufacturers do

just remember there will always be a weakest point somewhere, making some parts more HD will only mean the load is going to go somewhere else.

What is bending the steering rack ends? No one else seems to be having that problem, do you have larger offset wheels? ie, more negative. When the tyre centre gets outside the steering axis, then it will suddenly screw the wheel around and destroy tie rods when the tyre meets and object.
Sort of really bad bump steer.

No MD it's really common, it's all over that FB site and lots of other forums as well, as is the CV issue, bent and broken.

Because, from what I read, they are mostly young fellas. Seen a few videos posted of their exploits in their Dmaxs and it is no wonder they are breaking things.

The ones on FaceAche who bend things are of the age where Bullet Proof is regarded as the norm.
You either avoid the bullets or get the appropriate gear to repel them.
Learning to avoid the bullets may also work.
