Hi everyone,

Looking at getting dmax dual cab extended by 300-450
Always wanted slide on camper, but would love 5 seater for daily use.

Problem with space cab is basically 2 seater.

Any pros, cons & advise would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Jerry

Sound like a good recipe for a bent chassis unless you go for a lazy axle setup.

Something like this maybe.

Creative Conversions near Brisbane seem to be reputable. Industry names like Ron Moon put their name to them. Longer wheelbase supposedly better for towing, but parking underground at Westfield on the weekends won't be as easy.

I did a 2009 D max dual cab by creative conversions add 750mm.They did a perfect job.I would advise a gvm upgrade as I had a weight problem,2people full tank fuel only left 350KG for load.Changes the turning circle something fearfull.Glen D

Hey Jerry, did you end up going through with the chassis extension? If so who did it and how is it going?
