hi I just chucked one out is their any thing in particular you need it is pretty straight forward?

place template on guard line up the edges, drill the bolt wholes out to 16 mm
measure the pipe size of the snorkel the large whole is usually 108 mm
place snorkel on guard mark your upper bracket remove snorkel drill out the wholes to 8 mm push your plugs in
place inner pipe in ( may not be able to get it in once snorkel is in silicone all joins ( optional) and tighten up.
On the air box side you have to die grind some of the tabs down to fit the hose over it.

Just so the information is out there for anyone contemplating installing their own snorkel (not that difficult), if you are using one like mine as shown in first photo, I suggest you do not drill the top bolt hole. Once you have installed the inner guard tube, which you must do prior to mounting the outer guard / main snorkel body, then you will not be able to access that top stud to get the nut on to it.

File comment: Suggest you not drill that top hole as you will not be able to get the nut on the stud.

File comment: As you can see with the inner tube positioned only the bottom two bolt holes are visible and accessable.

Anotehr tip for the DIY'ers
You need to remove the airbox to seal it up as part of the installation
To remove the airbox you need to disconnect the O2 sensor

If you have done so make sure you reconnect the O2 sensor before reconnecting the battery when putting it all back together

Or a nice man with a laptop from Isuzu has to come out to make all the pretty blinking lights on the dash go away

Good info although I did not disconnect my battery, I just unsrewed it and sat it aside and had no problems, did not turn the ignition on at any stage however. I also have a Turbogauge (Chinese Scangauge) and could erase any codes with that.
