Hi guys has anyone had problems with the fan direction dial after removing the ac control panel? After putting it back together it sounds like it's not located correctly. And help would be awesome

I could fix that in about 30sec but explaining it on a forum is near impossible, I tried here viewtopic.php?t=1012&p=9748 about 8 posts down and that's the best I can do, it's a REALLY stupid design and if you take it to Isuzu I guarantee they won't be able to fix it either. Good luck.

Stick your location in your profile for us please mate.

Oh man, I had this issues just recently when I changed my head unit out.
Could not for the life of me get those knob control cable plugged back in!

TAKE IT OUT
The easiest way to resolve was to pull the whole hvac unit/panel totally out (tip; unclip the fresh air level behind glovebox) and then work with it on the benchtop.

WHAT TO FIX
The little cog arrangement on the inside/back for the main two knobs (air direction and temp), comes out alignment inside the unit and need to be "re-seated".
The whole panel all screws and clips apart quite easily, and then goes back together just as easy.
Remember to check and re-align the main knobs on reassembly, so that they rotate all way around as meant too.

Still a PITA!
