I have just bought a new dmax and the new ARB deluxe bull bar shakes
It is due to ARB not redesigning the bar for the softer rubber suspension.
They have done redesigns for other cars eg Triton but not for the late model DMaxes this means that the bars are NOT fit for purpose and should be removed and definitely not sold any more until they redesign and probably reduce the weight.
I will be taking this further legally if anyone is interested.

Think you are barking up the wrong tree. Unless the bar has not been fitted correctly, the bar does not shake any more than the chassis shakes. The bar is bolted hard onto the chassis. Yes, the chassis can flex slightly over rough surfaces, and gets a bit of a twisting vibration on some corrugations BUT the movement you see from the driver’s seat, is the cabin flexing on its rubber mounts.
Good luck with your legal challenge. Please let us know the results although I won’t hold my breath seeing as this is your first post in reply to a topic from 4 years ago.
