Have you tried an Android phone to eliminate that as well.

Have you tried it with another phone, this should tell you if it is the phone or radio.

You can use a 9v battery to test 12v LEDS, globes still need 12v.

It should fit the outer and iner panels but they are two completely different motors, Colorado being 2.8L and D-Max is 3L.

As my dmax said, I would not touch the wiring unless it is proved to be faulty, better to just run temporary wiring to prove if it is faulty or not. If you look into the steering column cover on the left hand side where the height adjustment lever is, you will find a connector with 3 or 4 pins. Just unplug it and the beeper will never sound again.

This was the first mod I did to my D-Max within 12 hours of picking it up from the dealer.
