Take it to the Morwell Spring Works and ask Ray he will probably have the answer , then go back to where ya got em and see what they say .

I know it's to late now but if I didn't want a GVM upgrade , I would of just gone to Ray he does good work and if it's not right he fixes it without question.

Went to my other mechanic.

Monday we are pulling leafs apart and greasing them.

I'm also thinking about chopping the body mount

Don't grease the leaves of the springs, that only attracts dust, get some dry moly spray (come out wet) and spray the leaves after holding them apart with a screwdriver. Moly film will last a long time and doesn't attract much crap etc.

So as it turns out I've gotten down to the bottom of my suspension problems.

Tjm never greased any of my bushes in shackles nor my shocks.
Two shock rubbers where buggered and the rear shackle bushes where absolutely bone dry resulting in the noises I was getting.

Now everything is greased an ruined rubbers replaced it's like brand new ( even though the suspension was only 10 thousand kms old)

What grease do you use on the shockies rubber??? I just whacked a set of Koni Heavy tracks on the rear and didn't grease them. I'll take them off and do them again as soon as I get home.

Update.
Few days later noise is back.
Got factory rubber bushes n gresseable shackles
Still there.

Split the leaf packs apart to find the top leaf rubbing away on the 2nd one. Not wear pad there

Atm I have just greased them but eventually will make some pad up n secure it.

Still no luck. So contacted tough dog.
Send photos etc of the problems

They have actually released a new style of leaf pack for Isuzu dmax
So I'd say they recognise the issue hence why they've fixed it.

So now they've sent me 2 new leaf packs after 3 months of tryin an about 400 bucks of trial and error
