Re: DiscoSteve's D-MAX
So it has a stack of LR Dealer additional stuff on it already - rack, ladder, raised air intake, classic mud flaps, gear carrier and an unfitted 110 bonnet decal - however the £3500 for a winch was a step too far for the missus.
But I do have a set of Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs in the garage ready to go on plus a set of deep rubber mats to fit and a Jeep Wrangler Tailgate Table (there's a simple mod to get them to fit) to attach to the tailgate door.
There would also appear to be a CCF software config change (for a few hundred quid) that 'de-restricts' my 3 litre 6 cylinder D200 (200bhp / 500nm torque) engine to a D300 version (330bhp / 700nm torque) - I have to say it already goes like stink so that may be one I save for when manufacturers warranty expires...

Hi Steve.
Has yours got the 48v mild hybrid stuff?
I haven't been able to get any numbers, but it looks like it's got a small high output battery that runs an electric motor briefely, to drive the diesel's crankshaft, and eliminate that turbo lag and put you up the street a bit quicker. But not for long, and not to run without the diesel.
So in practice, have you noticed anything about it that you wouldn't have if it wasn't there?
