Hello I seem to be having a problem with my 2020 Isuzu Dmax V Cross. First start on a morning sometimes it would not start right away and when it does the engine seems to be tumbling and missing and not running smoothly, but after driving it for less than a Kilometer it clears up and runs smoothly after that. Even during the rest of the day it works fine but just first thing on a morning I am having this problem.
I have done an oil filter change and also a diesel filter change and the problem still continues.
Any help will be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Are you waiting long enough for the glow plug light to go out before cranking?

If the engine runs normally after a being warm, then the fuel system is NOT an issue and changing filters and oil will have absolutely no effect on correcting the problem. The engine always starts with not lube oil active.
As Mike said, are you waiting until the glowplugs have had enough time to create warmth in the cylinders?????
If it is happening AFTER the glowplugs have operated, then you are either in very cold climate or some glowplugs may not be working. The engine is a compression ignition engine and relies on heat created in the cylinders to enable initial firing and burning of sprayed in fuel.
Have you turned on the KEY if it has one, ie not push button start, and then turned off and then on again to activate the glowplugs twice before cranking? If that makes a difference it is very cold where you are. If it still runs roughly, then one or more glowplugs may be not working and they would need to be checked for continuity to carry current. ie multimeter test. Perhaps the glowplugs connections are loose and not contacting the glowplugs.
You may be in a warm enough ambient climate and no glowplugs are working and one or two cylinders do fire and start and engine rotation causes enough heat in remaining cylinders to then fire them.
If you want to check if glowplugs. Open the airbox and fire a hot hair drier into the intake, ie, past the airflow sensor and into the turbo entry. If starting is done while that is happening and it runs ok, then glowplugs are definitely the problem.

Mine is a 2020 Isuzu Dmax V Cross from Thailand and has a push start/stop button.

If you have the 4JJ1 engine you have glow plugs. I'd have a look at them and the starting sequence timing.

My vehicle is the 4JJ3.
Someone was saying it could be the SCV. Suction Control Valve sticking on mornings when it is cold.

Can you read any fault codes? A sticking or faulty SCV will log rail pressure fault codes.
