What is the most reasonable OBD 2 code reader that would work on a 2020 Isuzu Dmax from Thailand?

Car Scanner app plus a bluetooth dongle

Yep. I use OBD2 AutoDoctor plus a wireless dongle- but there may be better app's around these days.
