Hi legends.
I've upgraded my front shocks and coils, as well as rear shocks.
My rear leaf springs have gone flat - as they all do. Don't need to carry load often so not keen on spending big dollars on new springs, but was thinking if someone had bought some aftermarket comfort/up to 150kg constant springs that haven't done a million k's, lying around the shed I might be keen to buy them off you.
I'm in no rush, more of a passive interested EOI rather than a need.
In Brisbane area.
Cheers y'all!

WTB leaf springs
Re: WTB leaf springs
Hi Jimmers
I have a set of rear springs of a 2016 LSU with less than 100 klms if interested. I live up the road on the sunny coast.
Joe.

Re: WTB leaf springs
Hi mate, apologies for the late reply.
Are they off a dual cab? Was hoping to nab some aftermarket ones but if they're virtually brand new, I might be swayed.
How much are you thinking?

Hi Jimmers
It was only after I sent the post that I realized you wanted an upgraded set. I kept them to build a trailer but never got around to it.
You can have the lot Front and Rear for a carton of beer. ( THAT RHYMES ).

That rhymes and has a reasonable metre.towtug wrote:You can have the lot,

If it ain't broke, fix it til it is.
Re: WTB leaf springs
Towtug, thanks very much for the offer - it is appreciated. I'm thinking now I might just save up and get some down the track. Appreciate the offer, and the rhyme!towtug wrote:Hi Jimmers

Re: WTB leaf springs
No worries Jimmers
It's a job you only want to do once and be happy with.
The suspension off my Prado sat in the garage for seven years before I had a clean out and took it to the dump. About two weeks later a guy came around to buy a kayak and said he was looking for a standard suspension to suit his worn out 120 Prado's suspension.
Happy Hunting.

Re: WTB leaf springs
Haha that'd be about right! Pain in the backside when that stuff happens.
Thanks again for the offer, mate. Have a great week
