Hi,
I've not long had my D-max. However this problem does not happen all the time when it does happen it's for long periods. When at speed it makes a squeaking noise that is very loud, when I accelerate it goes faster and when I let off the accelerator it will go back to a "normal seeming pace". It's hard to get a video of the sound as the wind blocks out the sound and it does not happen when idling.
Please, if you have any advice it would be much appreciated.

Where's the sound from, engine area, wheels, front or back suspension?

More than likely it is the seal just inside the front wheel hub units and it is at the very end of the drive shaft where the shaft enters the steering/hub suspension support. It is around 80mm diameter.
Get underneath with a lubricating spray,( NOT WD40 that isn't lubricating fluid), and carefully using s thin screwdriver flat blade prize the lip away from the suspension support and spray some lube in there. Do it in a few paces around the seal rim and other side too. I use Lanolin spray but any lube spray will do the trick. WD40 evaporates, dries out and provides almost no residual lube to anything. I haven't used WD40 for 20 years at least.
